Good day!! What have you been doing to stay active? If your bed or couch is where you' ve spent most of your time you may want to check out these reasons to exercise! If getting the motivation to exercise is a challenge for you-- as it is for me-- set small goals for yourself. Like a 15 min. walk outside, or 5 sit ups. No doubt, once you start you will fill good and do more than your original goal. No matter what you do praise yourself for achieving your small goal and set out to do it daily.
Watch the weather and make plans for exercising while social distancing- go for a bike ride with a friend, play baseball, go golfing, or fishing. Enjoy!!
